THE EPF IS BEHIND A HUMAN EXPERIMENTATION PROGRAM
consider this a fucking manifesto.
the EPF, formerly known as the PSA, is the front of an illegal and unethical human experimentation project led by director AVA WINTERS, congresswoman IRINA TVARKOVA and DR. MASASHI SEN. it is unlawful as it is using the ORION Initiative as a shield without president YSLENSKI nor director JAMES CUEVA'S knowledge. I know this because I was a victim of it.
right after being fired by the former five PSA directors as I was a former field agent, I was taken into an underground bunker that serves the program for a lab without my knowledge nor consent as they had SEDATED ME and performed numerous kinds of tests to see if I were fit to be a test subject. the program is dubbed as the SERAFIM PROJECT, and while I have zero proof over what i'm writing, I implore whoever stumbles upon this page to take action, as I couldnt while alive, because they had threatened to kill me if i ever were to divulge any information about it to anyone.
on march 4, 1992, I was officially declared an enemy of the state for treason for my relationship with a high profile criminal. instead of sending me to jail, like i said beforehand, the PSA forcefully dragged me into their lab and were gonna use me as a test subject. I spent a week getting no sleep, was barely fed, was only given water every 48 hours (just enough for a human to survive), was strapped to a chair for days with no movement which exacerbated my Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and went through countless physical exams and mental ones. the ONLY REASON why I was allowed to LEAVE was because they found out I was pregnant, and MRS. TVARKOVA stopped DR. MASASHI SEN from performing an emergency abortion, WHICH HE IS NOT QUALIFIED TO DO SO.
the reason for all of this, and the sole goal they have, is to find out exactly how angels behave, and to study the people who possess the ability to perceive them. the truth is though that they use this explanation as a CRUTCH. I’m not sure for what reason exactly, and I unfortunately couldn’t find exactly one, but the Tvarkovs, EPF, Winters Corp. and the Carrillo Import Company are all in on this and are COMPLICIT in the TORTURE of HUNDREDS of missing people, INCLUDING SEX WORKERS AND CHILDREN IN THE NEW ZEALAND FOSTER SYSTEM. one of the SERAFIM PROJECT’s more prolific victim was JOHN HARKER, former reporter for Winters Corp., whose unresolved murder made headlines in 91 because the public suspected foul play, which they were right about. I know all of this information because I saw his case file in a SERAFIM PROJECT folder back at the Tvarkov mansion back in 92, a few weeks before they abducted me.
listen, I know, it’s hard to believe some stranger online, especially when there's no concrete evidence to back up my claims. but think about it for a minute. every single time the public, or anyone tries to ask Mrs. Tvarkova about more information about angels, she downright refuses to elaborate, instead insisting that they are peaceful and non physical beings. so far, she's right: there hasn't BEEN any reports of them getting into physical contact with humans… that we know of. who's to say that it hasn't happened yet in that damn bunker, or even worse ? of course, they'd NEVER say it out loud, though, oh no. it's too important to cover their asses and avoid another civil war, and this time, I highly doubt the ORION Initiative would be there to back them up like they have in the past.
this goes into my next point: if you find this page, please, do not go crazy with it if you are willing to believe me. be very, VERY careful. try to gather as much intel as possible, and if you do work for the EPF (lets be real, you're most likely an agent. i know you sneaky bastards, I was one of you guys. you always get through the damn cracks like little snakes.), it’ll be a lot easier. here’s a hint: back during the days of the PSA, most of their information was in physical files, not digital ones. i’m not sure if the EPF operates similarily nowadays, but keep this in mind still. the reason why I keep imploring for you to be careful is because this information could potentionally land you in danger if you were to share it with any other random agent. do not trust any of them. i've made that mistake, and now i'm gonna die partially because your little director refused to help me.
from what I know how the ORION Initiative works, if said information were to come out at random, they WILL seperate New Zealand from the allegiance and cut its ties with the EPF. this, in turn, could potentially (and most likely) trigger not just a civil war, but an actual one. we don't want that. I suggest taking them down little by little from the inside out. it won't be easy... at all. but you know you need to do this. it will come out into the light at some point or another either way.
and here's my little part of my message for you, Ava. because yes, I know you're going to see this page at some point. leave my family the fuck alone. this isn't even a threat anymore, i'm writing this on my fucking deathbed. this is me BEGGING you. leave Mitzi alone. leave Joseph alone. and for fuck's sake, and I mean this like i've never before, but leave Grace the fuck alone. i wholeheartedly wish i could say "if you try to fuck with them in some way, i'll fucking kill you with no remorse and with my two bare hands", but you've already killed me in advance, and I don't care about it anymore. but please. NOT them. I don't give a shit about your little excuses as to why you did what you did, they're meaningless to me now and they always have been. when I found out you were in on that fucking bitch that took me and tortured me... that was worse than you snitching on me. that was worse than you making me believe the idea that Joseph was fucking using me as a shield. you have no IDEA how it FEELS to realize that the girl you've loved as your best friend and that you've been mentoring FOR YEARS was FINE and ENCOURAGED YOUR TORTURE. you're fucking subhuman. I wish I'd never fucking met you. you have an entire country's blood on your hands, how the fuck do you sleep at night ? I don't think I wanna know.
